Free 2nd Class Delivery: Cut Off is Friday 20th December by 12pm 

UK Next day delivery: Cut Off is 21st December by 12pm

Ireland Delivery: Orders placed after 16th December may not arrive before Christmas

Orders placed after 12pm on the 21st will be shipped after Christmas

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday.

Ireland Delivery

  • Standard Delivery to Ireland (£10.00)

    This shipping does not include duty custom charges, you will be contacted by the postal service to pay this once the parcel arrives.

Delivery Timeframes

  • UK 2nd Class Delivery: 2-3 working days

  • UK Next Day Tracked Delivery: Next working day

  • Ireland Delivery: 5-7 working days

Tracking

  • Next Day Tracked Delivery orders can be tracked using Royal Mail's tracking system

  • Customers will receive email notifications on their order status

  • Orders are typically dispatched on the same day if placed before our cut-off time

Returns Policy

Return Period

  • Customers have 14 days to return items

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or eligible for refund.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items

  • Return address will be provided on acceptance 

Refund Process

  • If your return is accepted, you will be eligible for a full refund which will be processed within 3 working days of acceptance.

Items Damaged on Arrival

We strive to ensure that all our products are carefully packaged and arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes items may be damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspection: Inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

  2. Documentation: If you notice any damage, take clear photos of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The inner packaging

    • The damaged item itself

  3. Notification: Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the damage

    • The photos you've taken

  4. Resolution: Depending on the extent of the damage, we will offer one of the following solutions:

    • A full refund of the purchase price and shipping costs

    • A replacement item sent at no additional cost to you

    • A partial refund if the item is usable but cosmetically damaged
